FrostPick is a football match analysis platform operated by Oskar Goławski, a sole trader based in Poland, European Union. You can reach us at hello@frostpick.app.

Our website is frostpick.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

What data we collect and why

Account data

When you register, we collect your email address and optionally your name, timezone, and currency preference. This is necessary to create and maintain your account and to provide the service.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use FrostPick — which matches you view, which analysis angles you explore, and your session activity. This helps us improve the product and understand what is useful.

Coupon and analysis history

If you track betting coupons, we store the records you create so you can view your history. This data belongs to you and can be deleted at any time.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details. We receive transaction metadata from Stripe (such as subscription status and plan type) to manage your account access.

Analytics

We use analytics tools (including Meta Pixel) to understand how users find and use FrostPick. This may involve cookies and tracking pixels. See the Cookies section below.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract — processing your email and account data is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — we have a legitimate interest in understanding how users interact with FrostPick to improve it, and in preventing fraud and abuse.
• Consent — for marketing emails and analytics cookies, we rely on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep your data

• Account data is kept for as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., for tax records).
• Analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymised form.

Third parties we share data with

We use the following sub-processors. We do not sell your data to anyone.

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Data is stored in the EU. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook) — analytics via Meta Pixel, used to measure ad effectiveness. See Meta Privacy Policy.
• Google — OAuth login ("Continue with Google"). See Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
• Analytics cookies — used by Meta Pixel to understand how users interact with our pages. These are only set after you accept the cookie notice.

You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing your browser cookies or contacting us.

Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). You can also delete your account directly from your profile page.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent, you can withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of FrostPick after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
