1. What FrostPick is

FrostPick is a statistical analysis tool for football matches. We provide data-driven signals, match statistics, and angle-specific breakdowns to help you make more informed decisions.

FrostPick does not provide betting advice, tips, or recommendations. The analysis we display is informational only. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, made at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally permitted to access sports betting-related content in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting in accordance with the laws of your country.

FrostPick is not intended for use where sports betting or related analysis tools are prohibited by law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

4. Free and Premium plans

FrostPick offers two plan tiers:

• Free — access to up to 3 highlighted matches per day, with basic analysis. No payment required. Registration required.
• Premium — full access to all matches, all analysis angles, deeper stats, and additional features. Requires a paid subscription.

Features available on each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may change over time.

5. Payments and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Profile page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will not be charged again after the current month ends.

Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your country.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or data.
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our systems.
• Share Premium access with others who have not paid.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer — not betting advice

FrostPick provides statistical analysis only. Our signal scores, angles, and insights are derived from historical data and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or betting tips.

Past statistical patterns do not guarantee future outcomes. Sports results are inherently unpredictable. You bet entirely at your own risk.

FrostPick accepts no liability for any financial loss resulting from decisions made based on information available on this platform.

8. Intellectual property

All content on FrostPick — including the design, code, text, and data analysis — is owned by FrostPick or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms others or FrostPick.

We will generally notify you before termination unless the violation is severe or requires immediate action.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrostPick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any given month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of FrostPick after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless you are an EU consumer, in which case the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.
